This day.

Mr T. Tyle died yesterday afternoon. He arrived in the Colony in 1853, attached to the Imperial Commissariat Department. On his retirement he entered the Colonial Service in 1867, and held several posts under the provincial Government at Hawkes Bay, and was for many years, Commisssioner of' Crown Lands.
