General Notices SPOETING NEWS. m- SECOND GRAND DRAWING IS NOW_OP£N. FIRST DRAWING for £2000 on the Hamburg principle filled up before the advertised time. The money will be returned for the large number of applications that came too late for the first drawing, or programmes will be forwarded for Second Draio> ing. The Second Dbawikg is now open, for the grand and equal distribution of Money Prizes, amounting to £3000, to De drawn , the same as in the Hamburg and other Con--1 tinental Cities. This Second Drafting will take place not later than the end of Apbiii, or earlier if filled, and "the Third Drawing will open Ist May. These Grand Drawings will take place every two months.
