Qoionist.—The manager reports that the reef in the low level, south end* is 4 feet thick and showjug gold freely. There is still 40 feet to drive.to get under where the best gold was got on the surface, In the north end, going towards the Premier, the richest gold is got. The reef is 2f feet thick, and shows gold all through it. He hopes to carry gold in the junction up the No. 2 reef. There is considerable portion of surface block still to break out: Crushing is showing great improvement; 358 ounce* araalgaaa being on hand.
