A "somewhat laughable case occurred at the B.M. Court this morning. T. Curline was charged with breaking a window in the Timaru Herald office oa Saturday night. To keep loungers off:^^|lls,. the manager had them bedaubed lySfjprintor's inki and accused sat down, dfine had been wont, and his pantaloons sustained "con-, siderabie damage. In revenge, he picked up a stone and smashed the window. He was ordered to pay the damage and Court costs. ' .
