This day.

Mr Berkeley Mursell, Government Insurance agent, cut his throat at Dillman's town last evening. He was in a desponding state of mind, owing to the illness of a child of whom he was very fond. He was brought to the hospital, and his condition is very precarious. His wrist is also cut badly. At the inquest on the body of Felix McCann, held yesterday afternoon, a verdict of "Accidental Death" was returned.
