[Received November 28, 2.10 p.m.] Sydney, This day. ; Mr Dibbs, Colonial Treasurer* will also represent New South Wales at the Intercolonial Conference. It is probable that the sittings will be open to the Press. Mr Thurston, Colonial Secretary for Fiji, will not represent that colony at the Conference, in consequence of the absence of Sir G. W. Deveaux, Governor. Sydney, Yesterday. The delegates to the Annexation Conference have arrived here, and will hold their first meeting to-morrow. Lord Roseberry left to-day for Brisbane. Melbourne, Yesterday. Sailed, this morning: The Unionsteam ship Wairarapa, for the Bluff.
