NOTICE TO MARINERS.
A light at Waipapapv Point, Foveaux Btraitß, will be exhibited on and after the Ist January. The light will be of the second order, a flashing white light visible til found ieaward, and will show a flash every lObccb. The light is elevated 70 fo<-t above the sea, and allowing- 15 feet for the height of the eye, will be Been at a distance of about 13& nautical mileß in clear weather, and at leper distances according to the state of the atmoe* phere.
