NAPIER.
This day
At the Harbor Board meeting yesterday, it was resolved : that all competition designs, with the exception of those of Mr Culcheth's, be returned to the competitors ; that Mr Good all of Timaru be communicated with, and arrangements made for him to visit Napier; and, that the design for the harbor at Ahuriri Bluff be submitted to the Governor, for his Fxcellency's approval. The above resolution was carried unanimously, three members being absent. Dr SpeDcer, the. present Mayor, was nominated to-day for the Mayoralty.
