AUCKLAND.

This day

At the Agricultural and Pastoral Association's show to-day, the total entries are 783, nearly 100 more than last year, and the prizes offered amount to £819. The show is weaker in horses, but stronger io cattle, Bheep, poultry, and dogs, than last year.

A boat containing four men, while entering the Bay of Islands last Thursday, was observed to capsize. It is supposed that all were drowned ; their names are unknown. :
