BKOWNE , BEGS to inform the inhabitants of the Thames and surrounding Districts, especially Country Settlers, that he has decided to leave the Thames, and has already let his Premises for the remainder of his lease. , In consequence of this it is necessary that his liABGE and VALUABLE STOCK of FURNITUEE, comprising— Couches and Chairs in Hair Cloth and; Damaslc; Bound and Square Tables; Chests of Drawers, Bedsteads, both Wood and Iron, and in all sizes—from a Child's Cot to Full-size Half-Tester; Cheflbniers; Wash Stands; Toilet Tables; Toilet Glasses of all kinds—Oval, Arch Top, and superior ones with Marble Slabs ; Carpets, Matting, and Oil-cloths; Cutlery and Plated Ware; Hollowareof every description ; Fancy and other Toilet Bets ; Vases ; Glassware of superior quality ; Crockery; China and Fancy Tea Sets; Palliasses and Flax Mattresses; Kapok, Feather, and Hair Beds; Pillows and Bolsters; Fenders and Fire Irons; Garden Tools; Shovels r &c, &c, Should be EEALISED ON at ONCE, and to enable him to do so he will Hold a GEE AT CHEAP CLEABING-OUT SALE of the Whole of his Stock as above, commencing Forthwith, and to continue for TWO MONTHS, by which time he must clear out all the Stock in order to give possession to the incoming -tenants, Messrs Meaes & Co.
