Yesterday.
The following cases were disposed of in the Supreme Court:—John Paul, larceny, found not guilty.—Murty Collins, for shodting a bullock at Stratford, was found guilty, and was bound over to come up for sentence in 12 months' time.—John Paul, for housobreaking, was sentenced to two years' imprisonment.—Waiteha and Mateba, for shooting a cow at Oakura, were sentenced to three years' imprisonment.
