The dispute with reference to the Queen of Beauty mine at Makara has resulted in £40 being staked, £20 by Walker, and £20 by the Directors of the Company. Mining experts are to be engaged to make a thorough test, and all details have been left in the hands of Mr Henry Blundell, of the Evening Post, and Mr J. Chantrey Harris, of the New Zea« land Times.
