BY-LAW NO. 5.^ In pursuance of the powers Tested in them by■'.«' The Harbours Act, 1878," the Thames Harbour Board ordains as follows:— That on Bnd after the coming into force of this By-law, the fol'owing words shall read as added to By-law 4, section 5, Goods Wharfage, after the words and figures— s. d.
