A telegram is to hand from Hay ti, West Indies, stating that a serious native rising has occurred at Porfc-auPrince capital. A large body of blacks entered the town, and attacked the foreign merchants, several of whom were killed, and others severely maltreated. The rioters also pillaged the business premises and, private, houses, of the merchants, and committed great havoc. A beJy of marines from the men of war in port landed to quell the outbreak, and in an encounter which took place with the* rioters several marines were killed.
