This day. At the Police Court this morning, the B.M. presiding, Wm. Henry Ford er, of the Coach and Hqrses i Hotel, was fined 40s and costs for allowing billiards to be played on his premises after the licensed hoars (10 o'clock). The decision is to be endorsed on his license. John Henry Jenson, of the Ship Hotel, was also .fined 403 and costs for selling liquor on Sunday, contrary to the Licensing Act; the conyiction also to be endorsed. Both publicans pleaded guilty. This is the second time Forder's license has been endorsed; >
