Any subscriber drawing a horse in any list will be allowed, if he so desires it, to invest, in the following list any sum not exceeding Four Founds without remitting any further cash. This amount to be ultimately deducted from prize money. - It will be observed that these lista will average one prize in about fourteen tickets, instead of one in fifty, as in the larger lists of previous years.
