London, September 7. The Marquis of Hartington, speaking at Sheffield, said therelease of Mr Shaw, the British missionary, by the French, did not remove the entire grounds of difference with France, In this speech at Sheffield, the Marquis of ffartington mentioned that the progress of reforms in Egypt was more rapid than they appeared to be.
