This amouut to be ultimately deducted from prize money. It will be observed that these lists will average one prize in about fourteen tickets, instead of one in fifty, as in the larger lists of previous years. Application by letter only, enclosing two stamps, with exchange on ohequos, or by money order, bank notes, or drafts. Registered letters or telegrams will not on any account ' be received.
