'. Parliament did not succeed in selecting a committee of supply last night, sitting till 1 a.m.; being occupied in discussing the Thermal Springs Amendment Bill, -which after a great deal of trouble was allowed to pass. i?or to-day some very debateable measures are on the tapis. First of all the report from the Dargaville Committee will be brought up, that in itself is sure to provoke a long discussion. Certain bills are put down for Committee; nine especially, one is the Bussell Exchange Bill, which it is said members are determined to block.
