This amount to be ultimately deducted from prize money. It will be observed that these lists will average one prize in about fourteen tickets, instead of one in fifty, as in the larger lists of previous years. Application by letter omit, enclosing two stamps, with exchange on cheques, or by money order, bank notes, or drafts. Registered letters or telegrams will not on any account be received.
