The committee on theOtagodummyism has brought up its report. It finds that the charge of alleged dummyism on Gellibrand and Co.V station to be fully proved, and that the puyhases made were not bona fide. It furtheflrecommends that they be cancelled, and wssession of the land resumed by the (Sown ; also that increased powers be givenWo Waste Lands Boards in dealing with sum matters, and that a Royal Commission be Appointed to further investigate other easel of alleged dummyism.
