NEW PRINCE IMPEBIAL. The final cleaning np for the month of July took place tOday for the result of 31600Z8 amalgam, which on retorting gave 12240zs gold, obtained as follows :—From about 7cwt of specimen*?, 8660z5, or about an ounce per pound ; 174 loads general dirt treated at tbe Alburnia, Golden Crown, and Herald batteries, 3580z5. This makes the total return for the month 262Qozs retorted zo]d, of which 606 loads of dirt gsve 9570z5, and 16cwt specimens no loss than 16530z5. This is the largest return but one obtained since , the new company started work, the largest being that for November in lost year, when 27540zs 12dwts melted gold was obtained. LONDON.

The winze on the No. 1 reef is now down about 20 feet, and Rold has been seen pretty freely in both the main reef •nd hangingwall leader every breaking, while there- is now: on hand 501bs of picked stone from the latter body.
