Thirteen more deaths have occurred from cholera among the British troops stationed in this country, notwithstanding the stringent measures which have been adopted to preserve the health of the men. make a professional tour of the colonies at the end of the year. Up to the present 85 deaths among the British troops in Egypt have occurred from cholera. It having been decided to accept the assistance offered from India towards preventing the spread of cholera in Egypt, a large number of doctors, accompanied by numerous hospital assistants, will shortly proceed from India to Alexandria. The Messageries Maritimes steamer Pelouse has been quarantine,at Marseilles. Two of her passengers from Egypt died from cholera during the passage. Another shock of earthquake has been experienced at Ischia, but no damage is reported. King Hulbert, of Italy, has gone on a visit to Iscbia, the scene of the recent earthquake.
