At the Supreme Cqurt tp-day the case of Hunt sv. Sir jl^Gqrclbn was resumed. Several of the issues* in the.declaration were .strucki/puW andi His. Hpnor. ruled that Sir Arthur Gojdon,had, the power to depose any person, or. persons whom he considered; were dangerous to the peace of the islands. The jury were . reempanelled this morning, and: Mr Harper is now addressing them; It is expected that Counsel's'iaddreßß will be continued this afternoon, The summing up of Judge Richmond and the consideration of the jury will occnpy'some bottfs. ; The Dunedinvgaol commission resumed this morning.
