This day. At the Supreme Court this morning, the case of W. J. Hunt v. Sir A. Gordon was commenced. It will extend over three days. ; • The Dunedin Gaol Commission is sitting at the Mount Cook prison. The evidence of a prisoner named Cummich is being taken, and it is generally unfavourable to the management of the gaol.
