The Stiokiag-up Case.
The two men Egan and Scanlan, who were recently arrested for robbery from Topham, the railway contractor for the Sydney waterworks at Camden, have been committed for trial. The £1500 which were taken by the robbers from Topham hare been recovered by the police.

Adelaide, Yesterday.
The revenue of the colony during the laßt year amounted to £2,090 000, being a decrease of £155,500, compared with 1881-82. , This is, chiefly due to the tailing off in the land revenue, and but for thii there would have been an increase of £48,000. The Customi revenue during the year has increased by £60,000, and the railway receipts by £40,000.
Sydney, Monday.
New South Wales revenue for June quarter shows an increase of £60.000 as compared with the corresponding quarter of last yiear. The revenue for the past year is £39,000 greater than that during the year 1881-82. The weights for the Sydney Metropolitan Stakes were declared today; Commotion heads the list with 9at 12lbs, Navigator carries the second highest weight, 9st 6lbs.
