The, directors of the Wellington-Mana-watn Railway Company (Limited) have received advice of the formation of the Company's London Board, which consists of tbe Right Hon. Anthony, John Mundella, M.P., Vice President of Committee of the Council, SirPenfose Jalvan, I.CM.G, C.Bi, and Sir Edward Stafford, K.C.M.Gr. The London bankers are the London Westminister bank limited; and Mr John MLickrell,^solicitor to the AgentGeneral, has accepted the position of solicitor for the company.
