Eetjtbb's Tblbgbams London, June 11. A bill for legalising marriage with a deceased wife's sister will be brought before the Hoase of Lords to-night, and it is expected that the measure will pass. A course of festifities, which hare been organised at Birmingham in honour of the Bight Hon. John Bright, and which will occupy the week, commences to-day. : London, June 10. It has transpired that the friends of Dooad Pasba, who was hanged at Alexandria yesterday, had appealed to Mr Gladstone to use his inflaence to obtain a commutation of the sentence of death, but that the Premier refused to interfere in the matter.
