Miller v. Fryer.—Claim. £2 7s lid, for professional services.—Judgment was given for the amount claimed, with 7s costs. Harbor Board v. E. Onyon.—Claim, £34 7s 6d. —Mr Miller appeared for the Board. —The defendant admitted occupation, and the lease from the plaintiff body was produced, but it was urged in defence that the Government had given Mr Onyon notice to leave the premises occupied by him.—'Judgment was given for the amount claimed, and £2 16s 6d costs.

Adams v. Lambin.—Claim, £142s 3d.— The defendant admitted his liability, and judgment was entered against him for the amount, and costs 19s.

Banks and Co. v. Quinlevan. —Claim, £46 5s 2d.—Mr Miller appeared for plaintiffs.—Judgment was given for the amount claimed, with costs £3 6s 6d.
