MR PARNELL IN PARIS.
Mr Parnell lias been paying a short visit to Paris. On Sunday he paid visits to M. Clemenceau and M. Henri Kochfort. One corriespondent ?ayßr-" I na^e seen Mr Parnell, wbo ; in conversation on tbe Irish (question, said that the result of a few more votes in Parliament based on national hatred against Ireland, such as manifested itself in the rejection of hit Land Bill, would be to increase the audacity and authority of the party of violence. He is firmlj- resolved to uphold the right of the Irish-People to their soil and to an autonomous Government. The Standard states Hist one of the principal objects of the Irish party in sending a deputation to the United States is to raise a fund for election purposes. Mr Parnell has expressed the opinion that it is absolutely necessary for the success of of his party at the next election that they should have a fund sufficient to pay the election expenses of the whole of their candidates, and to enable them to carry on a political campaign for iome time before. ■
