NEW PEINCE IMPEEIAL. The amalgam from the month's crushing, 1812ozs, was retorted this morning, yielding 6740zs of gold, which was further reduced on melting to 66Sozs sdwts. The amount of general dirt treated was 340 loads from all parts of the mine, and the average yield is nearly 2ozs per load. In the early part of the month the dirt did not shape so well, but latterly it has shown up much better. The manager this afternoon tele« graphed as follows :—" 501bs specimens and 30lbs picked stone from drive No. 1 section west, No. 5 level.—G. S. Cube." MOANATAIBI. The dirt has all been put through the stampers, and the blanketings were being treated to»day. Eetorting will take place on Monday. The No. 2 reef at the 80 feet level continues to look well, and a few pounds of stones came to hand on breaking down. The new wheel is ready for work, and the connection with the main, opposite the Herald battery, will be made to-morrow, when the batteries are stopped. WAIOTAHI. The manager cleaned up to-«day for the return of 1690zs retorted gold, the yield from the past month's operations. A total of 200 tons of general dirt have been treated. GOLD EETUENS. ; MoANATAiBi.-^-F. White and party have treated two loads of quartz from leaders in the Littlo and Good section for 17ozs 6dwts gold.—G. White and party have banked 3ozs odwts gold.
