MabtXa and Hidden Tbeasube Claims ... . (Kabanoahake). A meeting of shareholders in the above Licensed Holdings was held at the Royal Hotel last evening, when it was resolved (^amalgamate the two claims, and form a. ,- company with a capital of £40,000, in
40,000 shares of £1 each, 9,500 of ".- which' would be reserved for Battery purposes. Mr F. A. White was appointed Legal Manager; and the following gentle- ' men were elected to the directorate :— Messrs. C. J. Stone, E. M. Corb-tt, O. : . Alexander, T. E.Shaw, and J. Goonan.
