Yesterday The New Zealand Shipping Company hare receded advices of the arrival of the Waikato fit London, all well, The British Queen was reported at Teneriffe on March 30th, six days out. Judge Johnston, in Chambers, dismissed with costs the summons to Duncan Macallum (Tambour-Major) to show cause why the bankruptcy should not be set aside.
