Eeutee's Tele&kams. London, April 9. Mr Parnell left England on Saturday on a visit to the United States. The trial of Joseph Brady, the first of 21 prisoners who were committed for trial for the murders of Lord Frederick Cavendish and Mr Burke, commenced in Dublin to-day. In the House of Commons to-day Sir William Vernon Harcourl introduced a bill for the suppression of dynamite outrages. The measure prorides, amongst other things, that persons found guilty of using explosives for illegal purposes shall be liable to penal servitude for life, and conspirators or makers of dynamite and their abettors to penal servitude for not more than 20 or not less than 14 years. London April 10. The death is announced of Sir George Alfred Arney, late Chief Justice of New Zealand. The Government bill for the suppres sion of dynamite explosions and manufacture of explosives passed through both Houses of Parliament last night. The ship Dunedin, from Port Chalmers January 14, with 8227 carcases of frozen mutton, has arrived at the docks, but the condition of the cargo has not yet been ascertained; London, April 7. Arrived: The ships Otaki, from Wei* lington, December 15 ; Pliona, from Wellington, December 20; and Dunedin, from Port Chalmers, January 14.

London, April 5. None of the Irish members of Parliament will attend the American Convention.
A female Fenian has been arrested at an hotel on the Strand in possession of 2cw't of dynamite. Two of her accomplices hare also been arrested in South war k, and dynamite was found in the possession of each. An American named Whitehead has also been arrested in Birmingham in possession of 2cwt of dynamite. Additional precautions,are being taken to ensure the safety of Windsor Castle and public buildings in London. It is rumored that Lord Dufferin will shortly succeed the Marquis of Kipoa as Tioeroy of India. China has agreed to accept the French protection of Tonquin on condition of the payment of an annual subsidy. Judge Gresham has been appointed Postmaster-General of the United States.
General Thebaudin has conceded his objection to General Gallifet as commander of the cavalry, and the Cabinet has accordingly directed General Gallifet to carry out the autumn manoeuvres. General Ttiebaudin relates his portfolio as Minister of War.
Micbael'Davitt has publicly condemned the use of dynamite, and said that the policy of using it would destroy all chance of effecting national or social reform in Ireland during the present generation. The Czar is recalling officers now serving in Bulgaria and the Tekkes to attend bis coronation. .
Finalcial circles express strong disapproval with the proposal to place another two millions of the Victoria loan on the market at an early date. It is alleged on the Exchange that only one million of t»e recent loan has as yet been absorbed by the public.
