A diabolical scheme has been originated by the Fenian party. The Right Hon. A committee of the House of Commons has been appointed to confer with a committee from the House of Lords on the subject of a channel tunnel from Dover to Calais. A scheme, has been set on foot for the establishment of a school where children will be especially trained for the colonies.
