Volunteer Prize Firing.
; DISTRICT BELT. The 29th competition for the District Belt took place on the 3rd, in two squads. The weather was not good for large scores. There were 17 entries: 13 Naval Artillery, 2iEngineers, «nd 2 Rangers. The ranges were 200, 400, aud 500 yards, seven shots at each range. The following are the scores :—
