This day. A meeting of creditors in the estate of Henry* Mace was held to-day. The liabilities are £15,142, assets £23,493, as filed. T. K. Mac Donald and James Kirton were appointed trustees. Considerable sympathy was expressed for the insolvent, whoso losses were attributed to land speculations. It was unanimously resolved to allow him to retain his household furniture and effects.
