This day. '■■ The Tipperary Co., at Macetbwn, send down a cake of 955 ounces from about 400 tons. Yesterday. Judgement was given today in regard to the collision 'between the Mahinapua and Omapere at Lyttleton. The decision of the Bench was to the effect that the captain of the Omapere committed an error of judgment in applying rule 15 of the regulations for avoiding, collisions by which he further ported • his helm, but that otherwise he did everything possible to avoid a collision, and they returned his certificate. '
