WANGANUI.
Yesterday. The long expected consignment of brook trout arrived here to-day. It was transhipped from the City of New York, but all were dead. It is supposed that the voyage from Auckland settled it. The Waaganui crews will not be able to take part in the Inter provincial boat race at Wellington, owing to one of the men not being able to leave on the date of it.
