Yesterday. Henry Whitaker Duval.has been committed for trial on a charge of stealing a horse, the property of Wm. Stribley. At an inquest on the body of Charles Baker, (be seaman of the schooner Saxon, the jury returned an open rerdict of " Found drowned."
