Thames Harbor Board.

The annual meeting of persons entitled to vote for the election ot three members to the above Boai'd was held at tlieoffice'of tbe Board, Albert street, at 2 o'clock to-day. Very little interest was taken in the proceeding:, the attendance being uo credit to the place. Mr James Marshall was voted to the chair, and the result of the voting was as follows: — ■* Jas. MoGrowan—-proposed by Jus. Forgie and seconded by M. Casey :—4 votes. John Wilson and John Head-—proposed by John Osborhe and seconded, by H. C. Giliespie:—2 rotes.

The Parawai Highway Board elected Mr A. Price as their representative on the Harbor Board at their meeting this afternoon.
