London, February 21. The Nihilists are reported to beat work again to oppose the coronation of the Czur in May. A young Nihilist, who was chosen to be the assassin of the Czar, has committed suicide.

Mr O'Donnell is enlisting Irish recruits for service in the event of a French war.

Mrs Harrington, the wife of the Secretary of the Irish National League, who was arrested on a charge of conveying weapons to the assassins, has been discharged in consequence of James Carey, the informer, failing to identify her. It is understood that the person referred to by the informers in the Phoenix Park murder case as " No. 1" is known to the police, and that he will be arrested. It is feared that there is still a wider conspiracy than that which has been broken up.
