At the inquest on Mary Ann Long, who banged herself in the lock up last night, the jury returned a verdict of " Suicide while in a state of delirium tremens."
A fi-h-hawker named Simon Peter Cundy dropped down dead to-day.
Tie Rev. Mr Hodgson, who has recently seceded from the United Free Methodists, v -s, ag the result of a public meeting tonight, decided to commence services on the platform of Unsectarian Christianity on the lines adopted, by the late Rer. Samuel Kdgar.
