Yesterday
Mr Weston to-day published in the Inangahua Times the. announcement of his resignation of the Inangahua seat in Parliament. He gives as his reason the pressing nature of his private business. The resignation is generally regretted. A requisition to Mr Wakefield, of Timaru,; is being signed. Mr Eichard Reeves,^ who formerly represented the district, i« also a probable candidate.
