The Hamilton Case.

The Hamilton murder case commenced to-day at the Supreme Court, Messrs Hesketh and Williarasoii, Crovrn Prosecutor, prosecuting ; Mr Earl appeared for Priestly, and Mr Cooper for Mrs Hamilton. The court we.% crammed to suffocation.
Many of the jurymen were challenged. The defences of the prisoners will be separate.
The evidence given is, so far, the same as that adduced at the Police Court.
Dr Philson gave evidence to the effect that Hamilton's injuries"might have been caused as described by Mrs Hamilton. He had known a case where a boy walked and talked after receiving similar injury.
