Auckland, This day. Joseph Wallace, for attempted suicide, was discharged on entering into his own recognizance in £50 to come up for sentence when called on. John Lyttle, for bigamy at Wanganui, was sentenced to eighteen months' imprisonment ;• and John Johnson, for unlawfully wounding, to twelve months'. Thomas Floyd and William Mahoney. pleaded guilty to breaking and entering Mr Peek's store, Opotiki. The boys were remanded for evidence as to their antecedents. Edward Moeller, a lad charged with "larceny, was also remanded. Albert Edward Long, for the attempted murder of his father, and attempted, suicide, was found guilty, but recommended to the .mercy of;the Court. He was remanded for sentence. No bills were found against P. ter Foung, for larceny, and Eichard Loder, larceny as a bailee.
This day. James Kay was sentenced to three years for burglary.
