Wjsisington, This day. In the E.M. Ciurt this morning Mr Hardcastle gaje judgment in the " lambing down " case for plaintiff for £19 18s, and £5 7s costs. Mr Gully gave notice of appeal. In the cross action Harding r.. Maynahan. he gave judgment for the defendant with costs- His Worship strongly commented on the former case, regarding the manner in which the plain* tiff" had got rid of his money, and said the matter merited further consideration. He thought the' Licensing Bench should look into the blatter [at the next sitting.
