Emigration to New Zealand.
A dviees hov,e been received from Loudon of ibe^derarixire cf ihe following vessels for "New Zealand :— 9th November, Fifth, of Forth, for Caiierbnry with a German family ; S2nd November, Brahmin, for Auckland, rwitb 6 immigrants ; j 25th November. Benan, to Otago, with j immigrants only; and on the 26.h j November, the:Opawa, sailed Tor Canier- I bury, with on'.y two ortlire'e immigrants. The Bbip Crusader has been put on to take the plsco of the Halcione, and she was to leave for Lytfelion on <he 13th December with about 350 souls. Of this number 110 are si.rgle women. Vessels have been engaged for voyages boih to Aucklnnd and Wellington, to sail on the - 24th and 25th inst., and it is expected that each vessel will carry 250 immigrants. The immigrants for Hawke's Bay will embark on the Auckland siiip, and those., for Nelson Marlboroagb, and Westland by that which goes to Wellington. A4rangements are also being completed for the,despatch of two ships from the Clyde, one for Otago and jthe other fproLyttelton. Theformer'was to "sail last Wednesday, -■"irad thoJatter about the end of the month. It is estimated that fully SCD immigrant for the colony will leave during December and' January. A large number of single women are making application to come to New Zealand. The whole of the immigrants" are referred to as beiDg most desirable colonists., .
