(LIMITED) have to annuounce that, in addition to purchase of the LARGE STOCK of MESSRS MORRIN, they have purchased the MINING HARDWARE BUSINESS, of Mr C. J. STONE, of the Thames, and the SHIP CHANLERY BUSINESS of Messrs K. F. ANDERSON and CO., Queen street, Auckland, and which business will be carried on as before, Mr J. H. Smith being the Manager of the Thames Business, and Mr H. F. Andeeson of the Ship Chandlery. The new Company have made such arrangements for the BUpply of goodi as will enable them to meet the rapidly increasing trade of the North Island. The Company hope the large support given to the old firms will bo continued to the T. and S. Morrin and Co. (Limited). .
