NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Thames Deep Level Tribute Company (Limited) will be held at the Registered Office of the Company, New Zealand Insurance Company's Buildings, Queen street, Auckland, on FRIDAY, the 29th day of December, 1882, at Two o'clock p.m., for the purpose of confirming the following Resolutions passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Thames Deep Level Tribute Company (Limited), on tbo 24th day of November, 1882 : — 1. That it is expedient to effect an amalga* maticn of this Company with" the Southern Cross Goldmining Company (Limited), and that with a view thereto this Company be wound up voluntarily, and that James Stodart be, and he is hereby appointed, Liquidator for the purpose of Buch winding up. 2. That the said Liquidator be, and he is hereby authorised to consent to the registration of anew Company, to be named the Deep Level Cross Goldmining Company (Limited), with a memorandum and Articles of Association which have been already prepared with the privity and approval of the Directors of this Company. 3. That the Conditional Agreement submitted to this meeting be, and the same is hereby approved, and that the Liquidator bo, and he. is hereby authorised to adopt the said agreement, and to carry the same into effect.
